Take a look at this picture (click it to see it full size). What is the matter with it?

I was visiting our new office in Somerset when I noticed this on a neighboring building. I didn't have my digital camera with me so I had to rely on my phone so the picture quality is kind of poor. The funny thing is I can stand between the sign and the smokers outpost and touch the sign and the post at the same time.

Yes, I realize they are probably so close because they want you to put your smoke in the outpost instead of tossing it on the ground when you see the sign, but it's still a funny picture when viewed within the context of itself.
