Lost iAudio?
I may be jumping the gun here, but I'm a bit worried that the RMA package of my
defunct iAudio is lost. I sent it USPS Priority Mail with insurance and
delivery confirmation. The thing that strikes me as odd is that it was
supposedly delivered on Saturday around 11:30AM or so. The reason this is odd
is that Priority Mail is 2 to 3 business days and I didn't think Saturday was
considered a business day by most shippers. Also, the iAudio office is closed
on Saturdays according to their support people. So, it couldn't
technically have been delivered that day.
Like I said though, I may be jumping the gun so I'll give it till end of day
Tuesday and if they still don't have it I'll have to check into making a claim
with the Post Office on the shipping insurance. I don't want to do that unless
I have to
since getting anything useful out of any government run facility is usually
as much fun as hugging a porcupine.
